The quickest way to reach the people behind AuraJam is email.
Write to [email protected]. That one address covers support, billing, plan restores, privacy requests, press and partnerships. A person reads it; there is no ticket queue and no chatbot in front of it.
Help with an account or a plan
If a plan you paid for is not showing, send the email address you checked out with and roughly when you paid. If you want a refund, the refunds page explains what applies.
For privacy requests (what we hold, correcting it, deleting it), email from the address on your account, as the privacy policy describes. We answer within 30 days, and usually much sooner.
Reporting a problem
For a bug, it helps to say which browser and device you were on, what you clicked, and what happened instead. AuraJam runs on your own machine, so we cannot see your songs or your session; a screenshot or a short screen recording is the fastest way to show us.
