Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-10-25.

Who you are dealing with

AuraJam is run by Beers Labs LLC, an Oregon limited liability company ("we"). By using aurajam.com or the AuraJam apps you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use AuraJam.

Questions about these terms go to [email protected].

What AuraJam is

AuraJam is software that analyses, mixes and renders audio and video you give it. Most of the work runs in your own browser on your own device. It is a tool: it does not supply music, and it does not give you any rights in the music you use with it.

Your music and your rights

You are responsible for the material you load, link, mix, render, publish or share with AuraJam. Only use recordings, lyrics, images and video you own or have permission to use for what you are doing with them.

Mixing, remixing or posting someone else’s recording or lyrics may need a licence from the people who own them. AuraJam does not grant one, and the fact that the software can do something does not mean you have the right to do it.

You keep every right you have in what you make. We claim no ownership of your projects or exports.

Things you may not do

Plans and billing

The free plan is free. Paid plans are monthly subscriptions charged in advance through Stripe, and they renew automatically each month until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan keeps working until the end of the month you have already paid for.

Refunds are covered by the refund policy at aurajam.com/refunds/.

Prices are shown before you pay. If a price changes we will tell you before it applies to you, and it will not change for the period you have already paid for.

Credits for AI generation are included each month on paid plans. They pay for calls to outside AI providers, they reset each month, and they have no cash value.

Outside services

Some optional tools send material to an outside provider, named on the button before you press it. Those providers have their own terms. If you use your own provider key, you are paying that provider directly under their terms.

Copyright complaints

If you believe something reachable through AuraJam infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with: your contact details, what the work is, where you found the infringing material, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, and a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and that you own or act for the owner of the right. We will respond and, where appropriate, remove access and end repeat infringers' accounts.

No warranty

AuraJam is provided as it is and as available. We work hard to make it accurate, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its analysis (tempo, key, lyric timing, song identification) will always be right.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or content. Our total liability for any claim about AuraJam is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or 50 US dollars if you have not paid us. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Ending

You can stop using AuraJam whenever you like. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms, and we may change or stop parts of the service. If we stop a paid service you have already paid for, we will refund the unused part.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed. If a change materially affects paid customers, we will email them before it applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules, except where the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be signed away.
