The short version

Most of AuraJam runs on your own device. Your music files, stems, transcripts and projects stay in your browser unless you choose a tool that says it sends something out. We do not sell personal information, and there are no advertising trackers on aurajam.com.

What stays on your device

Songs you load, the stems and lyrics worked out from them, your projects, and your settings are kept in your browser’s own storage. We cannot see them. Clearing your browser data for aurajam.com deletes them.

What we receive, and why

• Your email address, when you buy a plan or restore one. We use it to confirm your plan and to email you about your account.
• A pasted music link. If you paste a link, it is sent to our server, which fetches the audio for you. We do not keep the audio after it is delivered.
• Where you first came from. On your first visit the app notes the referring site or campaign tag (for example ?ref= or utm_source) and passes it to Stripe with your checkout, so we know which channels bring customers.
• Ordinary server and usage logs, through Cloudflare, which hosts the site. This includes IP address, browser type and the pages requested, and Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies.

Who else receives it

• Stripe processes payments. You enter card details on Stripe’s page; we never see or store them. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to that.
• Resend sends account emails, so it receives your email address.
• Cloudflare hosts the site and our servers.
• Outside AI providers, only when you use a tool that names one on its button. Whatever that tool needs (an image, audio, a prompt) goes to that provider.
• Model files the app downloads to run locally are served from content networks such as Cloudflare R2, Hugging Face and jsDelivr, which see an ordinary download request.

How long we keep it

Account and payment records are kept while you are a customer and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Link-fetch audio is not stored. Logs are kept for a limited period by Cloudflare.

Your choices and rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected] from the address on your account. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California) you may have further rights, including to object to processing or to complain to a regulator. We will answer within 30 days.

Children

AuraJam is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes, and if a change materially affects you we will email paid customers. Questions: [email protected].
