Choose Rave.dj if
You do not have the audio files and just want to hear two songs from YouTube or Spotify mashed together, for free, and share the result in their community feed.
Choose AuraJam if
You have the tracks (your library, unreleased music, edits) and want them mixed the way a DJ would: in key, beatmatched, cut on the phrase, with every decision visible and changeable. Nothing leaves your machine, which matters for music you have not released.
Questions
Does Rave.dj upload my music?
You do not give Rave.dj files at all; it works from YouTube and Spotify links, and its site does not say where mixes are processed. AuraJam works from your own files and processes them on your machine.
Is AuraJam free like Rave.dj?
Yes, to use. The free plan includes every tool and five exports a day with a small mark. Pro is $9.99 a month for unlimited, unmarked exports.
